Vicki is an experienced HR professional with a wide range of skills across both public and private sectors.  A ‘generalist’ with well-developed and wide-ranging ‘hands-on’ experience across many aspects of human resources, Vicki has specialist knowledge and experience of recruitment and selection, including reviewing, developing and implementing a range of in-house recruitment and selection policies and processes.  Vicki subscribes to the view that if you get the selection of quality candidates right, then many of the employee relations issues that may result from poor selection choices are significantly reduced.

Vicki has been trained in Hay job evaluation system and has used other methodologies.  Her toolkit also includes experience in using Lominger, Snaphire and a number of HRIS and payroll systems.  A strong believer in ‘not reinventing the wheel’ Vicki actively gathers information and learns from others to develop solutions that meet specific needs and challenges.  Vicki has a strong client focus with the desire to ‘enable’ managers through building strong relationships with them to gain trust and confidence. 

Vicki enjoys being around family and friends.  When this can be combined with her love of the outdoors, she’s likely to be found around a logfire after a day on the piste or around a campfire after a day at the beach.  Laughter, food and wine are sure to be in abundance.
