Caroline Quintus

Caroline has a solid background of generalist human resource skills that she has built over 15 years in both the public and private sectors in New Zealand and overseas.  This has involved policy development, employment relations, management development, succession planning and staff recruitment and induction.  Caroline’s strengths include extensive account management experience and success in transferring human resource knowledge to managers at all levels to provide them with confidence to carry out their people management responsibilities.

Caroline has considerable experience in change management, including organisation design and project management, ranging from changes in small teams to large and complex organisational restructuring.  Some of this work has also involved international change.  Another of Caroline’s skills is in position management and reporting, providing organisations with a steady platform and reliable information for implementing disciplined workforce planning.  Caroline also has experience in health and safety, and organisational development.

Caroline is the owner of PinstripeHR.  In her spare time Caroline enjoys discovering Wellington 'off the beaten track' with her labrador, Stanley, and is perfecting the art of having an all year round supply of home grown vegetables.
